Heather Smith, RN
Founder, Lead Aesthetic RN Injector
Heather is a highly skilled Registered Nurse and Specialized Aesthetic Injector with over nine years of experience. After graduating from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, her nursing journey started in burn and wound care, where she gained a profound understanding of skin health and healing. This expertise laid a strong foundation for her transition into aesthetics, a field she has passionately specialized in for the past five years.
Dedicated to enhancing her clients’ natural beauty, Heather focuses on delivering advanced, transparent, and honest aesthetic treatments. She prioritizes continuous education to remain at the forefront of industry advancements, ensuring her clients receive the most up-to-date care. Her approach is centered on achieving natural, refined results that enhance individual features without altering the unique beauty of each client.
Heather believes in fostering a nurturing and empowering environment during consultations, where clients feel valued, informed, and confident. Her mission is simple yet profound: to help every client feel beautiful in their own distinctive way.
Annie Roberts, FNP
Health and Wellness Nurse Practitioner
Annie is a board certified family nurse practitioner with a master's degree in nursing and bachelor's degrees in nursing and biomedical science - all from Texas A&M University. She has worked with top injectors and recently owned her own med spa in Lubbock, TX. With over a decade of experience in women's health and reproductive endocrinology, Annie has developed a compassionate bedside manner and the knowledge to help clients achieve their weight loss and aesthetic goals. Annie is passionate about helping her patients feel and look their best.
Annie enjoys knitting and crocheting, cheering for her sons at sports, all things Aggie, and exploring wonderful restaurants with her family. She can’t wait to meet you!

Jessica Gurule
Jessica is the Operations Manage at HD and ensures the full HD team and all of our clients always have what they need.

As a licensed aesthetician, she has a passion for aesthetics and loves helping our clients find the right treatment for them. She is focused on outcomes & delivering results.

Michelle Inzauro, DNP
Michelle is a double board-certified family nurse practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing degree, two master’s degrees in nursing education and business administration in healthcare, a bachelor's degree in nursing, and two associate degrees in biology and arts. She graduated top of her DNP class from Creighton University, played an active role in Sigma Theta Tau, even receiving a research grant for her strategies in developing a diabetic screening program in homeless patients.
Over the last decade, Michelle has focused on critical care including burn trauma, advanced heart failure, and cardiothoracic surgery. She is an associate member of the American College of Cardiology and is VAD-C™ certified. Michelle is passionate and dedicated to patient care and providing inclusive treatment plans to all patients.
In her spare time, Michelle enjoys spending time with four her children, attending their various sporting events, and being by the pool. She is excited to take on the role of medical director and help patients become the best version of themselves!
